Meeting activities take place on the Lower Level, Lobby Level, 2nd Floor, and 3rd Floor. Although stairs and escalators are available in parts of the hotel, the main elevator bank provides access to every conference floor and every sleeping-room floor.

This networking and educational event opens with the Professional Development Fair, where employers, universities, and other participating organizations will share information and connect with early-career attendees. The evening also includes speakers, networking, drinks, and substantial appetizers served as dinner.
